cancellation of order
Whether you can cancel an order (non customized order) depends on the status of the order: Pending: You can click "Cancel Order" in the account center - order details. Processing: Most orders will be automatically transferred to our warehouse system for processing; Therefore, orders that have entered the 'processing' state may not be able to be cancelled. Please contact your account manager for assistance in canceling. Orders containing customized goods or other special requirements cannot be cancelled once they enter the "processing" status. During transportation: Orders cannot usually be cancelled after shipment. If necessary, please contact your account manager to handle the shipment of orders. Cancelling an order may incur additional fees. If the cancellation is initiated by you, you will need to pay for the shipping fee and receive a refund for the remaining amount after cancellation. Goods first, payment later; Account term order
For some customers, Juxin Guanghe can offer you a certain amount of credit terms. Usually, the default payment period for payment term orders is within 30 days after shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Juxin Guanghe. You are responsible for making full payment for the purchased products, solutions, or services before the expiration date specified in the payment term order. If you fail to make payment on time, Juxin Guanghe will have the right to charge a penalty of 1% per month until full payment is made. Juxin Guanghe will retain the purchase price guarantee right for all products purchased through payment term orders. Juxin Guanghe has the right to reclaim such products, recover the payment for the products, and demand that you immediately return the products to us at any time.
The shipping address is in China, and Juxin Guanghe offers a free shipping policy, with shipments made through SF/EMS. The ownership and risk of loss or damage of the product will be transferred from Juxin Guanghe to you upon delivery to the designated destination. The goods will be shipped to the address you provided, and the estimated delivery date of the order is the estimated value. To ensure that you receive the purchased products as soon as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, and Juxin Guanghe will not incur additional fees. If you request to change the shipping address or method after shipment, any additional costs incurred will be borne by you.
In case of delivery delay caused by force majeure or beyond the control of Juxin Guanghe, including but not limited to product unavailability, logistics delay, or delay caused by fire, severe weather, power failure, labor issues, war, terrorism, embargo, any government/agency actions or laws, Juxin Guanghe shall be exempt from any liability.
Limited warranty service, returns, limited remedies
During the product warranty period, we guarantee that the new product will not have any defects in materials and craftsmanship, and will meet the product design requirements and standards under normal use. This warranty service is only applicable to new products. Any exchange, repair, etc. will not extend the warranty period. In principle, this limited warranty service is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product, unless you have signed a resale product agreement with Juxin Guanghe, in which case the warranty terms (if any) in the agreement will apply. This limited warranty service does not include any products or services provided by third parties not authorized by Juxin Guanghe; Product damage, malfunctions, etc. caused by human factors; Product damage caused by force majeure, installation errors, negligence, or other external factors unrelated to product quality; Any other excluded liability specified in the warranty policy.
Limited warranty service, returns, limited remedies
Warranty claim time
If the quantity, specifications, model, quality, etc. of the received goods do not meet the relevant acceptance standards, a written objection should be raised to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. If no objection is raised within this period, it shall be deemed that the quantity or quality of the goods meet the requirements.
If you promptly file a warranty complaint with us in writing and we confirm that the fault falls within the scope of limited warranty services, our company will take the following measures: (i) repair; (ii) Exchange; (iii) Return and refund, the return shipping cost will be borne by Juxin Guanghe.
You also agree to be bound by Juxin Guanghe's return and exchange policy. You agree that the only remedy for Juxin Guanghe's breach of limited warranty service is repair, exchange, or proportional refund. You will bear the risk of product loss during the return process.
