All users who purchase Juxin Guanghe products are entitled to product quality assurance and warranty services:

● Product warranty period: According to the product series standards or contract agreements, the starting date of the warranty period is based on the end user's purchase invoice. If there is no invoice, the factory date will be postponed by one month;
Network fault diagnosis service: When our product equipment experiences usage faults, users can provide remote fault diagnosis services and technical support based on feedback, identify the fault point and level, and provide more efficient technical services;
● Spare parts service: Once a product malfunction is diagnosed as a hardware failure, the company will issue spare parts based on the relevant confirmation from the user according to the contract, so that the faulty module or component can be replaced in a timely manner and the customer's network system can be restored as quickly as possible;
● Inspection service: Provide regular inspection services for industry users, subject to contractual agreements;
● Renewal service: For users who need to extend the warranty period, they can purchase an extended warranty service for the original purchased product at any time between the purchase of the product and the expiration date of the original warranty period. The specific extension fee is subject to the sales quotation.

The warranty scope does not include:
-Damage caused by improper transportation
-Damage caused by lightning strikes, water ingress, abnormal rated voltage, and improper use
-Malfunctions or damages caused by human or natural disasters
-Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
-Damage caused by using non-standard and inferior communication cables
-Damage caused by non product reasons
-Unpacking or improper testing of testing equipment without authorization
Due to the above reasons causing damage, Juxin Company will charge reasonable repair fees to the repair party based on the extent of the damage

Transportation agreement for faulty products:
-Only transport components designated by Juxin Guanghe Customer Technical After sales Service Center, which may be a detachable part of the entire machine or product depending on the actual situation
-Considering factors such as time and safety, Juxin Guanghe recommends standard transportation methods or express delivery, including China Post, SF Express, JD.com, and China Railway Express. It is recommended that customers also use the above transportation methods
-Both parties are responsible for good packaging, and any damage caused by poor packaging will be the responsibility of the shipper or transportation company, respectively
-Transportation costs: borne by the product sender

Attention: After the goods are shipped, please notify Juxin Guanghe Company or sales through fax or online means of the corresponding shipping documents. After receiving Juxin Guanghe's shipping notification, please also pay attention to picking up the goods in a timely manner. For products that have exceeded the warranty period or are not covered by the warranty, if the user needs to repair them, Juxin Guanghe will charge an appropriate repair cost fee.
